Lost in Translation

LOTUS is a display typeface inspired by Singapore's heritage, specifically the Peranakan tiles. I was inspired by the symmetry, patterns and botanical elements on the tile designs.

The typeface includes the alphabets A through Z, as well as four dingbats and four separators. LOTUS can be used not only as a display typeface, but also as drop caps.
